A bit about us
I’m Chanelle.
I grew up in suburban Auckland and moved to the South Island to work on a high country station when I was 19. I’ve taught myself, (or Dave has taught me), everything from scratch in this space and it’s been a wild 18 year ride since!
I’m Dave.
I began life in suburban Timaru, spending my weekends out on my uncles Farm. After heading to Lincoln, I’ve spent the past 20 years working my way up from shepherd through to general manager at a range of farms and high country stations.
After spending 20 years building other peoples assets we took the plunge, changed up our lives, bought 30 acres near St Bathans and started over.
Seeking freedom over our time, a life by our own rules and the willingness to work hard for it, we’ve ended up exactly where we hoped and planned for many years.
Now that we’ve made it to this point - we want to help you to get here too.
We are going to share the ups, downs, projects, ins-and-outs as well as host workshops to build your skills - and ours!
We are wanting to help build a capable community, nationwide - and beyond.
